2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email, password (hashed), company name. Chat data: messages, visitor identifiers, and — where provided — visitor name, email, page URL, browser, approximate location by IP. Payment data is processed by PayPal; we do not store card details.

3. How we use it

To provide the chat service, deliver messages, notify operators, process subscriptions, and improve the product. Chat history is retained according to your plan (14 days on Free, unlimited on paid plans).

4. Legal basis

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We use trusted providers to run the service: a VPS host, Cloudflare (traffic and security), PayPal (payments), Brevo (transactional emails), and an IP geolocation service. We do not sell your data.

6. Cookies

The widget stores a visitor identifier in the browser to keep chat continuity. The console uses local storage for login and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ). Contact us to exercise these rights.
